Biblical Teaching

Brother’s Keeper acknowledges that all individuals are created by God in the image of Christ.  Our programs are rooted in a foundation of Christian principles so as to foster the spiritual needs of the adults attending our program.

The following reflect the foundation of faith at Brother’s Keeper:

• We believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
• We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the foundation for the teachings of our faith.
• We believe in the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His atoning death, His bodily resurrection, and in His second coming.
• We believe in the Holy Spirit who empowers us for service.
• We believe that man was created in the image of God.
• We believe that man is saved and receives eternal life with God only through faith in Jesus Christ.

We incorporate the Faith Statement in all activities while dedicating specific daily time for devotions, grace before mealtime, and prayers.
