10 Dec Relief Work

Our hearts go out to everyone who was impacted by Hurricane Helene.  

So many people have lost their loved ones, their homes, and everything they owned. One of our Brother’s Keeper families lives in Erwin, Tenn., and has neighbors who were severely affected.  

We believe it is so important to instill a heart of service in our participants and show them how to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We knew we needed to step into action and help in some way. We may be small, but we are mighty together.  

Our participants, staff, and their families brought in lots of food, water, and supplies for flood relief. It is incredible to watch our community come together in this time of heartbreak. 

Our prayers are the most profound way we can continue to help those that have suffered. In this time of widespread suffering, we pray daily for the strength, mercy, and hope from God, who is the source of all our needs.
